Terrible experience from start to finish. Avoid this business. 1. Delivery Issues & Poor Communication: I contractually paid Nursery Tree a total of $2,474.30 for 5 arborvitae trees and professional installation, expecting premium quality. Instead, my experience was a disaster. I visited the nursery to hand-select my trees and confirmed details via email. On delivery day, the crew brought trees that were only 7.5 to 8 feet tall—far shorter than agreed upon. The foreman admitted he was never told which trees to pick and that nothing was marked. This initial trip and all prior communications were a complete waste of time. 2. Negligent Planting Practices: Weeks later, the second delivery arrived with the correct height. However, during excavation, I warned the foreman (Manuel) that the holes were too shallow. He ignored my feedback and planted all 5 trees with their root balls sticking 6 to 8 inches above the ground. When I showed him my existing, properly flush arborvitaes, he claimed my healthy, established trees were the ones planted incorrectly. 3. Property Damage & Incompetence: In Fall 2025, my sprinkler winterization technician discovered a broken irrigation line shooting wa

You can't go wrong with Nursery trees.com ! I picked up 19 arborvitae trees . They had them ready for me and loaded them up in my dump trailer. They have good prices and great customer service. A++ The picture of the trees were before they leaned them down for transport.

Nursery Trees, based in Snohomish, WA, was top notch in every way. I reached out on Aug 15 about an unanticipated need for privacy trees due to a neighbor’s decision to remove their tree coverage. I got immediate response and within a week had a site visit. We scheduled the service for early Oct for best weather results. The team relocated four smaller trees in our yard and installed six mature Green Giants. All along communication was prompt, clear, and courteous. The onsite team worked swiftly and took great care with the plantings and left the site looking great, no debris or rough edges. I highly recommend - and look forward to enjoying our beautiful trees.

Zach & Manuel worked with us to get the right trees for our property, the right amount, and the right places. Communication through the planning phase was excellent and easy. When Manuel & the crew showed up to plant they trees they were super respectful of the property, left no mess behind, and even cleaned off the driveway and adjacent road! We felt like we were given the red carpet treatment!!! Worth every penny, and we couldn't be more pleased. I'll try to remember to attach a pic of the 30 something trees they planted this summer when they're in their full magnificence! Over all, 5 stars in EVERY category ✨️!

We had 28 Emerald Green Arborvitaes (6 ft, heavy grade) planted along our side fence for privacy and greenery and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the trees and the service we received. Manuel and his team planted the trees in a blink of an eye and provided irrigation as well. His team left the yard neat and tidy despite using an excavator. Janet provided wonderful customer service and answered all my questions during the ordering process. The trees were well priced and it was a great value. We are pleased and couldn't be happier.
